Choosing a paper matters far more than most people realise when they start. A nib will catch on a rough surface and ink will feather on anything absorbent, so smooth and well-sized is what you are after.

The range covers Rhodia and Clairefontaine pads in plain, dotted and graph rulings, layout pads for practice, and blotting paper. There are also handmade deckle-edged sheets and parchment for finished pieces, and practice pads with guidelines already printed.
